Our good soul behind the company

Hello! My name is Beate (BB) and I am the owner of Tourist Assist of SW Florida. In 1999 I decided to leave Germany to start a business in Naples, Florida. 

Our company provide home watch and cleaning services for our international clients and absentee homeowners in the Naples area.

While doing my business I discovered my passion for renting and started in 2020 with my first vacation home. 

Purchase of House Vacation One

In 2020 we bought our first vacation home in Naples, Florida. After a renovation we started to rent out and are happy to welcome our guests. We love seeing our guests enjoying an awesome time in this beautiful part of Florida.

We are proud to extend our rental business - we got another home to rent out. The special thing: The second home is next to our first house.
